Role Overview

This role directly supports leadership. You must operate with high integrity, excellent organization, and proactive communication. You must be able to manage tasks independently while maintaining visibility across all systems.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle administrative and operational tasks
     

  • Manage schedules, reminders, project follow-ups
     

  • Provide communication support via email, voice, or chat
     

  • Maintain Trello boards and SOPs
     

  • Hold others accountable to deadlines
     

  • Identify inefficiencies and offer solutions
     

 

Requirements
  • Advanced English
     

  • Experience as a VA, EA, or operations support
     

  • Extreme reliability, discretion, and time management
     

  • Strong organization and documentation skills
     

  • Ability to follow systems and work proactively
