Role Overview

This SDR role is relationship-first — not aggressive sales. You will follow up with inbound leads, nurture conversations, document everything precisely, and ensure consistency across the CRM.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound leads professionally and promptly
     

  • Follow scripts while injecting clarity and confidence
     

  • Log all notes and tasks in the CRM — no exceptions
     

  • Maintain fast response times and follow-ups
     

  • Keep Trello tasks updated and visible
     

  • Support appointment scheduling and customer interactions
     

  • Communicate clearly across teams

Requirements
  • Strong spoken and written English
     

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or customer engagement

  • Comfort with CRMs and digital tools
     

  • Reliable schedule and consistent attendance
