Role Overview
This SDR role is relationship-first — not aggressive sales. You will follow up with inbound leads, nurture conversations, document everything precisely, and ensure consistency across the CRM.

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound leads professionally and promptly

Follow scripts while injecting clarity and confidence

Log all notes and tasks in the CRM — no exceptions

Maintain fast response times and follow-ups

Keep Trello tasks updated and visible

Support appointment scheduling and customer interactions

Communicate clearly across teams

Requirements

Strong spoken and written English

Experience in sales, customer service, or customer engagement
