Role Overview

This is a relationship-centered role helping customers succeed long-term by spotting issues early and communicating proactively. You are the “voice of customer” and a key part in preventing escalations.

What You’ll Do
  • Monitor client satisfaction and engagement
     

  • Identify early signs of problems and act quickly
     

  • Document every interaction in CRM
     

  • Communicate clearly and professionally
     

  • Reduce escalations through ownership and visibility
     

  • Ensure customers feel supported and guided

Requirements
  • Strong English (spoken and written)
     

  • Experience in retention, customer success, or account support
