Role Overview

We’re seeking a Marketing Representative who combines creativity with discipline, speed, and structured communication. This is NOT a “post memes and chill” role. You will support marketing operations, assist with messaging, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain professional communication with U.S.-based customers and clients.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with marketing communications via chat, email, or voice
   

• Support content workflows and gather customer insights
   

• Help refine scripts, messaging, and marketing templates
   

• Maintain accurate documentation in Trello and CRM tools
   

• Respond quickly, professionally, and with initiative
   

• Collaborate with creative, operations, and support teams
   

• Learn and adopt AI tools as part of your daily workflow

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills
   

• Experience in social media, marketing support, or customer interaction
   

• Ability to follow structured processes and deadlines
   

• Comfort using AI tools (training available)
   

• Fast response times and excellent task visibility
   

• Good organization and attention to detail
