Role Overview

We’re seeking a highly reliable Customer Service Representative who communicates clearly, documents everything, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment. You will be supporting U.S.-based customers through voice, chat, and email.

 

What You’ll Do
  • Handle customer inquiries across voice, chat, and email
     

  • Document every interaction fully and accurately in the CRM
     

  • Follow SOPs consistently and without shortcuts
     

  • Escalate issues early before they become problems
     

  • Maintain fast response times and professional communication
     

  • Provide solutions-oriented support with a positive attitude
     

  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide clear feedback
     

 

Requirements
  • Advanced or Native-level English
     

  • Strong customer service background
     

  • Experience with remote work preferred
     

  • Exceptional reliability and time management
     

  • Ability to follow structured workflows and SOPs
     

  • Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems
     

  • Fast, stable internet connection
