Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly reliable Customer Service Representative who communicates clearly, documents everything, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment. You will be supporting U.S.-based customers through voice, chat, and email.
What You’ll Do

Handle customer inquiries across voice, chat, and email

Document every interaction fully and accurately in the CRM

Follow SOPs consistently and without shortcuts

Escalate issues early before they become problems

Maintain fast response times and professional communication

Provide solutions-oriented support with a positive attitude

Collaborate with internal teams and provide clear feedback
Requirements

Advanced or Native-level English

Strong customer service background

Experience with remote work preferred

Exceptional reliability and time management

Ability to follow structured workflows and SOPs

Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems

Fast, stable internet connection
