Role Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for client communication, relationship management, expectations, and performance visibility. This is a critical role requiring leadership, structure, and exceptional ownership.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage client accounts with clarity, consistency, and proactive communication
     

  • Review reporting and help clients understand progress
     

  • Track follow-ups, tasks, and deliverables
     

  • Prevent issues before they escalate
     

  • Maintain full documentation in CRM and Trello
     

  • Collaborate with internal teams and communicate expectations
     

 

Requirements
  • Advanced English (spoken + written)
     

  • 2+ years in account management or client success
     

  • Experience with digital tools and structured workflows
     

  • High emotional intelligence and professional communication
     

  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems early
